Job Overview

Our company is seeking a skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing financial transactions, including invoicing and tax compliance.

  • Manage financial transactions, including invoicing and tax compliance.
  • Perform daily tasks related to invoices for sales, purchases, transfers, assets, and remittances to suppliers.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of differential of taxes for invoices (ICMS) when applicable.
  • Prepare retail invoicing reports and maintain an electronic invoicing system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Completed Accounting Degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Good knowledge of sales taxes for trade and industrial companies (ICMS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS).
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting reconciliation and revenue invoicing.
