Job Title: Urban Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as an Urban Project Coordinator. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of urban development projects, providing technical assistance, and contributing to the development of project proposals.
Job Description:The Urban Project Coordinator will work closely with our team to ensure the successful execution of urban development projects. Key responsibilities include:• Conducting research on urban issues and best practices in sustainable urban development;• Providing technical support to project teams, including data analysis, report writing, and stakeholder engagement;• Assisting in the development of project proposals, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation;• Collaborating with local government officials, community groups, and other stakeholders to promote urban development initiatives;• Monitoring and evaluating project progress, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for future projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:• A degree in urban planning, architecture, engineering, or a related field;• Proven experience in project coordination, management, or a related field;• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;• Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp;
