We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to fill a contract position. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our backend and AI solutions using Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure code in Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and technologies
  • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings to ensure alignment and progress
  • Build estimates and plan roadmaps for future projects

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend applications
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs using Python and Django
  • Experience with AI applications, including genAI apps, RAG, and AI integrations
  • Proficiency in front-end development and JavaScript (TypeScript, VueJS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with deployment processes like Docker, CircleCI, AWS, and Heroku
  • Excellent Git skills and experience with different databases
  • Strong knowledge of clean code principles, design patterns, and customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Please note that the selected candidate must have a valid business registration in their country, a bank account eligible to receive payments in USD, and be able to issue invoices accordingly.
