About the Role
PepsiCo, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities at our CDV Sorocaba and CDVs Hibridos de SP locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial processes, including financial accounting, internal controls, shared services, and receiving-invoicing.
- Collaborate with CDV partner areas to ensure synergy and alignment.
- Ensure control of legal documentation and licenses for our website.
- Manage and maintain our dashboard, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Measure, monitor, and report on Performance Indicators (PIs).
- Ensure the effectiveness of SOX (CO) controls and audit/inspection services.
- Lead and manage a team of financial professionals.
- Develop and manage budgets for our financial operations.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or a related field.
- Desirable: Specialization or postgraduate degree.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Domain expertise in Office 365 and SAP systems.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in our company's policies and procedures.
- Strong people management experience, with knowledge of the end-to-end sales process, risk assessment, and audit/inspection services.
