About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures, and implementing internal controls to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial processes, including accounting, internal controls, and shared services
  • Ensure the effective execution of vehicle inventories and implement compensatory internal controls
  • Apply the General Control System (GCS) in the Financial cell
  • Develop and manage the team below
  • Manage the website's legal documentation and licenses
  • Measure, monitor, and report Performance Indicators (PI)
  • Ensure the effectiveness of SOX (CO) controls
  • Audit/Inspection Service
  • Team Management
  • Budget Management
Requirements
  • Graduated in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or similar
  • Desirable Specialization/Postgraduate
  • Intermediate English
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Domain in the Office 365 package
  • SAP system domain
  • Solid knowledge in Excel
  • Risk Assessment
  • Proficiency in the Company's P&P
  • Strong knowledge in people Management Experience, know the end-to-end sales process, risk assessment, and audit/inspection Service
