As a Financial Controller at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for managing financial activities at our CDV Sorocaba and CDVs Hibridos de SP locations. This includes ensuring the execution of vehicle inventories, implementing compensatory internal controls to mitigate risks, and applying the GCS in the Financial cell.

Responsibilities
  • Manage financial processes, including accounting, internal controls, and shared services.
  • Ensure control of website legal documentation and licenses.
  • Manage dashboard and measure, monitor, and report performance indicators.
  • Ensure effectiveness of SOX (CO) controls and audit/inspection services.
  • Manage a team and oversee budget management.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Desirable specialization or postgraduate degree.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Knowledge of project management and domain in Office 365 and SAP systems.
  • Solid knowledge in Excel and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in company policies and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge in people management and experience in end-to-end sales process, risk assessment, and audit/inspection services.
