Senior Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Specialist to support our strategy related to alternative payment methods in Latin America.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects and collaborating with global and local stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.

Cross-functional teams collaborate to set customer-centric product vision, track product usage metrics defined and monitored with development teams, and deepen understanding of customers' needs, motivations, and pain points.

  1. Build strong working relationships with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track product development.
  3. Own and manage product documentation expanding knowledge beyond product team.
  4. Design, develop, and maintain intake process to capture new opportunities for partnerships or identify threats requiring attention.
  5. Track and monitor risks and opportunities within the LAC region and incorporate them into APMs strategy.
  6. Act as project manager for multiple projects and workstreams with APMs happening in parallel across the region.
  7. Capture impact in value of projects and construct documentation for directional decision-making to Steering Committees.
  8. Report on progress of initiatives to Senior Management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing projects related to alternative payment methods.
  • Tech-savvy and disruptive thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with global and local teams.
  • Experience in risk and opportunity monitoring and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Preferred qualifications: experience in financial services or payments industry, knowledge of LAC market, proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
