Job Overview
  • Develop and execute comprehensive quality management plans to guarantee product and service excellence aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality benchmarks, specifications, and procedural documents for seamless team understanding and adherence.
  • Conduct thorough quality analysis of products to promptly identify and resolve potential quality issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data, prepare related reports and recommendations, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to ensure the quality of products published by sellers in the marketplace meets rigorous company requirements.
  • Coordinate strategic quality improvement projects to drive continuous process optimization and enhance overall performance.
Key Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Advanced Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering), with preference for related educational background.
  • Relevant work experience in e-commerce marketplace business, familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of swiftly identifying root causes of issues.
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit, adept at effective interdepartmental cooperation.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards to ensure company compliance with legal requirements.
