Payment Process Specialist

This is a hybrid role requiring relocation to or presence in Recife, Brazil.

The company manages multiple successful brands and has recently launched in the Brazilian market.

  • Serve as a liaison between the Asian team and the Payments team in Brazil.
  • Develop training materials for the Payments team in Brazil.
  • Handle payment performance issues and discrepancies.
  • Assist with manual resolutions to ensure smooth transaction flows.

About You:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of payment processes who can spot and resolve issues like delays, declines, and chargebacks.

Key Requirements:

  • Reconciliation experience
  • B2/Advanced English proficiency
  • Experience from iGaming, banking, or similar industries

Additional Information:

The position involves working closely with the Asian team and developing training materials. Experience with reconciliation and B2/Advanced English proficiency are essential.
