Job Title: Supply Chain Management Expert

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically assess business requirements, conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and dynamics.
  • Aggregate market intelligence, lead supply chain development initiatives, formulate procurement strategies.
  • Establish annual target frameworks for designated categories, directing the execution of implementation plans.
  • Independently manage all procurement processes, including tender preparation, coordination of evaluations, pricing analysis, contract negotiation, and execution.
  • Ensure effective supplier or project implementation, oversee compliance protocols, address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Manage contract implementation and delivery acceptance procedures, adeptly handling unforeseen challenges or deviations.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of work experience, with 5+ years in procurement management, 2+ years in cross-departmental management, 0-1 year in procurement & administration & material management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong business negotiation skills, good organizational and coordination abilities, strong communication skills.
  • Good logical thinking and analytical skills, strong comprehensive management ability, adaptability, and a willingness to travel.
  • Experience in warehousing logistics and Internet giants is preferred.
