Role OverviewAs a highly motivated Trading & Operations Analyst, you will support our institutional clients across the Americas, acting as a liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Provide day-to-day support for institutional clients, including trade execution, platform functionality, and post-trade services;
- Act as a technical expert for the Sales and Relationship Management teams during client onboarding, demos, and support interactions;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FIX/API integrations, account setup, market access, and trade flows;
- Monitor and manage trade exceptions and escalations in real time;
- Collaborate with global teams (Technology, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all asset classes (equities, fixed income, ETFs, fractional products, etc.);
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client documentation, issue logs, and SLAs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in trading support, electronic trading, or operations at a broker-dealer, fintech, or trading platform;
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, execution workflows, and electronic trading systems (FIX, APIs, OMS/EMS);
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset;
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).
