Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional customer experiences by delivering tailored solutions and nurturing innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in System, Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering and fluent/advanced English skills. Spanish proficiency is a plus. Experience with Client Facing either in commercial or technical conversations is also desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers understand the value of Infobip solutions and services
  • Designing new and innovative solutions to meet business needs
  • Collecting technical requirements and designing technical solutions and service integration plans
  • Handling technical and security questionnaires
  • Conducting captivating demos and POCs
  • Implementing solutions for new and existing customers

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of system, telecommunication, or electronic engineering principles
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Experience with client-facing conversations, either commercial or technical
