Key Accounts Specialist

The Key Accounts Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering strong relationships with key clients. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales volume, collection, and profit objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular feedback to sales management and top management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in FMCG sales or account management
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
