Key Accounts Liaison

The Key Accounts Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business success at Quanta Paper Corporation. This position is responsible for fostering strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring the achievement of business objectives, including sales volume, collection, merchandising, and profit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement mutually beneficial strategies, plans, and programs to drive account growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare annual volume and value targets, as well as expense budgets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and optimize account performance.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with key clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a customer-centric approach, are essential for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
