About This Role

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Associate Lead to join their team. As an Associate Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end medium complexity sourcing projects, including analyzing and purchasing direct and indirect materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier and business user interactions
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers
  • Build partnerships with clients to develop and maintain category strategies
  • Develop sourcing wave plans
  • Create preferred supplier panels for assigned categories
  • Manage suppliers for assigned categories
  • Track savings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in analyzing and purchasing direct and indirect materials
  • Experience in managing end-to-end medium complexity sourcing projects
  • Understanding of stakeholder follow-ups, supplier management, RFx templates management, and analytical skills
  • Completed higher education
