- Identifying operational gaps in stores and regions.
- Supporting the design of coverage strategies to increase availability.
- Proposing improvements for ranking criteria and productivity.
- Experience in workforce management, field operations, or fulfillment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong asset.
- Ability to propose improvements and influence operational outcomes.
