  • Stay updated on labor regulations and ensure compliance.

  • Support international employees with expatriation assignments and HR matters.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in similar positions within the HR field.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility (desired).
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
