Job Overview:
The Bentley Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our Bentley-based systems. Key responsibilities include analyzing work assignments, responding to customer queries, and coordinating support activities with onsite leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze work assignments based on priority and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with onsite leads and coordinate support activities and development initiatives from offshore.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key-users to understand their requirements and issues.
- Coordinate and follow up with product vendors for handling product bugs and resolving application installation, deployment, and license issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent English language skills are essential for effective communication.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, CI, and SLA.
- Hands-on experience with CAD, CAE, and other application installations and upgrades is required.
- Good understanding of Bentley product support, app installation, license administration, and L2 support is necessary.
- Hands-on experience in license administration of various COTS applications like Bentley, ProjectWise, and MicroStation is highly desirable.
Desirable Skills:
- Leadership and mentoring capacities would be beneficial for guiding team members.
- Organizational, written, and oral communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
- Ability to create license usage and denial reports, as well as budget allocation reports, would be advantageous.
- Working with different stakeholders to resolve application installation, deployment, and license issues is critical.
- Good understanding of product life cycle management processes would be beneficial.
