Job Title: Data Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

This role is for a skilled professional who can develop and maintain data integration solutions using various technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL and working knowledge of data integration techniques such as ETL, replication, event-driven, and profiling.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data integration solutions to support business needs
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain SQL code and SSIS packages
  • Optimize query performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide technical expertise to the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical staff
  • Maintain documentation of processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in delivering ETL solutions using Microsoft BI stack
  • Fluent English-Spanish language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
