Brazil Controller

You are a highly skilled professional with a strong background in financial accounting and reporting. Your expertise in Brazilian GAAP and experience in multinational companies will be instrumental in driving business growth while maintaining compliance.

Job Description:

  • Be the point of contact for complex transactions, technical accounting, and corporate reporting matters.
  • Work closely with the CFO to drive business operations in a compliant environment.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive agenda and activities of the Controls and Compliance Steering Committees.
  • Involve in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process to understand and evaluate accounting and reporting integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive working knowledge of Brazilian GAAP and good knowledge of US GAAP, controls and controls frameworks, SOX, financial accounting and reporting, and statutory financial statement production.
  • Experience in a multinational company.
  • Broad business acumen and analysis skills.
  • Qualified Accountant or its equivalent.
  • Fluent English.
