Platform Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our platform development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure to support hosting of AI models and intelligent agents
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and internal tools to enhance developer productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business processes via APIs, agents, or prompt workflows
  • Contribute to the creation of reproducible, scalable, and observable environments for AI and automation use cases

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in AWS platform engineering, including container management, RDS, DocumentDB, API management, secrets management, and Terraform. Additionally, they should have solid cloud infrastructure experience, proven software development skills, familiarity with database administration, and hands-on experience automating real-world processes or building internal tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Kubernetes (especially EKS) and Helm
  • Familiarity with foundational model hosting, embeddings, and vector databases
  • Understanding of RAG pipelines and AI automation libraries
  • Observability stack expertise
