About the Role
We are seeking an experienced claims professional with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will independently handle claims to resolution, collaborating closely with underwriting and products teams to achieve the most advantageous outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers and brokers to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure accurate and timely claim administration.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions for clients, working closely with Actuarial, Finance, and Risk Management colleagues.
- Liaise with international teams to share information and best practices in claims management.

We are a dynamic team of claims professionals with extensive industry knowledge and expertise. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of claims, interacting with colleagues and business partners globally. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality analysis and results to Swiss Re and our clients.
About You
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and negotiation abilities. You will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience handling marine cargo, hull, and aviation claims. You will also have knowledge of INCOTERMS and international cargo documents, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
