Job Summary

Akesomedical is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Check-in and Check-out: Ensure accurate and efficient patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying patient information and processing payments.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Operations: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and functioning properly.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our healthcare professionals and other administrative staff to ensure seamless and efficient patient care and administrative operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in medical office software and equipment; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
