Business and People Consulting Trainee Position

This comprehensive development program is designed to build expertise in business, management, and people advisory services.

  • Trainees will support senior consultants in conducting research, data analysis, and client assessments.
  • Assist in developing and delivering client presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Participate in project planning and execution related to talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Gain exposure to consulting methodologies and tools.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices in people management.
  • Engage in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop consulting skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, economics, finance, physics, mathematics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Presentation design & storytelling: ability to structure compelling narratives and build visually engaging presentations using tools like PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, executive-level aesthetics, and alignment with the message being conveyed.
  • Basic knowledge of data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data visualization using tools like Excel, KNIME, Power BI, Qlik, or equivalent.
  • Data storytelling: ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate complex information through clear visualizations and structured narratives, enabling effective decision-making across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated interest in management consulting, organizational development, Human capital, Digital Transformation, business strategy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
