Job Role:
You will work as a Traffic Operations Coordinator, supporting our dynamic team in the Brazilian market.
About Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of the operational area through constant monitoring and assessment.
- Making informed decisions regarding incident management in traffic situations.
- Manage delays, accidents, and incidents in line with internal guidelines.
- Communicate effectively and document all incidents, initiating appropriate measures.
- Provide timely information to passengers about their journeys.
- Improve operational processes through minor projects.
About Your Profile:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in dispatching or logistics.
- Prior experience in Mobility Startup, Geotechnology, or Transportation companies is beneficial.
- Able to work under pressure even in stressful situations.
- Independent and proactive, working in a structured manner.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work in shifts.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent English language skills.
