Aviation Security and Regulatory Compliance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Aviation Security and Regulatory Compliance Manager. As a key member of the AvSec team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and oversight of in-house screening operations in Brazil.
As a seasoned security professional, you will develop and establish risk-based security standards and ensure compliance with federal regulations, corporate policies, and standardized processes where applicable. You will also oversee the development and presentation of SeMS data, metrics, and KPIs to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Develop strategic plans to address evolving operational processes and facilitate business objectives;
- Oversight of physical security control and surveillance systems;
- Collaboration with regulatory agencies to address customer needs;
- Leadership of cross-functional teams to drive desired outcomes;
- Implementation of risk management strategies to reduce exposure;
As a results-driven professional, you will ensure that the organization is prepared to properly respond to various security-related threats, emergencies, and escalations. Your strong leadership skills and ability to influence change will drive desired outcomes in a matrix-structured organization.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: aviation security, transportation/supply chain operations, corporate security management; or equivalent experience. Additionally, they will possess effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
