Job Description:- B2B Digital Platform Expansion: Spearhead the expansion of B2B digital platforms across all bottlers in LATAM, leveraging existing solutions and third-party innovations.
- Order Taking: Develop and implement new order taking/generation models to provide flexibility to customers and consumers.
- Loyalty Program Development: Enhance customer loyalty by ensuring compliance with priority portfolios by channel, execution guidelines, and price suggestions.
- Personalization and User Experience (UX): Partner with bottlers to strategize and deliver personalized superior experiences for customers in the digital sphere.
- Financial Services Development: Lead the development and implementation of credit solutions to increase coverage of KO portfolio with potential growth in net sales revenue.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to improve flexibility in service models to match customer and consumer expectations.
- Partner with bottlers to develop and implement new order taking/generation models.
