Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and loading of shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure efficient loading and unloading of shipments
  • Verify accuracy of shipment documents and labels
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Familiarity with FedEx systems and processes
