Senior Manager Purchasing Job Description
">We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our procurement activities and drive strategic and operational development within our portfolio companies. This key role will be responsible for conducting price and value analysis, making or buying decisions, and identifying improvement opportunities across all external spend.
">">Job Requirements- Relevant academic background in Business, Economics, or comparable field;
- 6-10 years of experience in leading procurement improvement programs for manufacturing companies with knowledge of end-to-end purchasing processes;
- Skillful negotiator with entrepreneurial leadership, success-oriented, dynamic working method, and problem-solving abilities;
- Fluency in English, German, and one other European language is a plus;
- Willingness to travel 4 days per week across Europe (typically Mon-Thu).
