Are you confident in the intersection between technical innovation, sales development and marketing?
Vilomix is a leading international provider of advanced animal nutrition solutions. We are looking for a strong technical profile with good business acumen to drive our pig nutrition product portfolio.
You will become part of a newly established international technical team reporting to the Chief Technical Officer and working closely with highly experienced colleagues. This team plays a key role in driving our international expansion.
At Vilomix, we have deep-rooted expertise in pig nutrition, originating from our leading position in Denmark. Over the past decade, we have rapidly expanded beyond Scandinavia and continue to grow and strengthen our presence in key global markets.
Your responsibilities will include leading and aligning initiatives across the Vilomix Group, co-creating innovative nutritional solutions, and driving the global product strategy for pigs. By harnessing local expertise and capabilities, you will lay a scalable foundation for our long-term commercial success.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead effective product management to ensure Vilomix offer relevant products and services aligned with our value propositions to target strategic customer segments
• Collaborate with local product managers, nutritionists and technical support staff to create innovative feed solutions that enhance pig performance, feed efficiency, health and sustainability.
• Set direction for feed formulation and optimization of the Vilomix premix products.
• Close collaboration with commercial teams on key accounts and prospects
• Lead integration of analytical and performance related data tools and software solutions for pig production
• Analyse and communicate global market trends to align activities with industry developments and customer needs.
• Provide structured training and coaching for product specialists across the organisation, ensuring expertise in penetrating the pigs market globally.
• Work closely with procurement and marketing to develop and promote global pig nutrition solutions and activities.

Your profile

• A master or PhD in pigs nutrition, animal Science, veterinary science, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pigs nutrition, with a focus on premix formulations, feed additives, or animal nutrition.
• Proven track record in product management and development new product solutions
• Significant experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
• Professional proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel (30%)
• Based in Europe, with our headquarter located in Denmark
