Job Description:

The Global Pigs Nutrition Lead will spearhead the development and execution of innovative nutritional strategies to enhance pig performance, feed efficiency, health, and sustainability across the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge feed solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Effective Product Management:This position requires leading product management efforts to ensure alignment with value propositions for target strategic customer segments.
  • Collaboration and Innovation:Collaborate with local product managers, nutritionists, and technical support staff to develop novel feed solutions that enhance pig performance, feed efficiency, health, and sustainability.
  • Feed Formulation and Optimization:Determine direction for feed formulation and optimization of premix products to meet customer requirements.
  • Commercial Partnerships:Closely collaborate with commercial teams on key accounts and prospects to drive business growth.
  • Data Integration and Analysis:Lead integration of analytical and performance-related data tools and software solutions for pig production.
  • Market Trend Analysis:Analyze global market trends to align activities with industry developments and customer needs.
  • Training and Development:Provide structured training and coaching for product specialists across the organization to ensure expertise in penetrating the pigs market globally.
