Senior Pig Nutrition Portfolio Manager

Vilomix is seeking a strong technical profile with good business acumen to drive our pig nutrition product portfolio. As a Global Pigs Nutrition Lead, you will become part of a newly established international technical team reporting to the Chief Technical Officer and working closely with highly experienced colleagues.
">Job Responsibilities:- Lead effective product management to ensure Vilomix offer relevant products and services aligned with our value propositions to target strategic customer segments.
- Collaborate with local product managers, nutritionists and technical support staff to create innovative feed solutions that enhance pig performance, feed efficiency, health and sustainability.
- Set direction for feed formulation and optimization of the Vilomix premix products.
- Closely collaborate with commercial teams on key accounts and prospects.
- Lead integration of analytical and performance related data tools and software solutions for pig production.
- Analyse and communicate global market trends to align activities with industry developments and customer needs.
- Provide structured training and coaching for product specialists across the organisation, ensuring expertise in penetrating the pigs market globally.
- Work closely with procurement and marketing to develop and promote global pig nutrition solutions and activities.
