Job Title: Student Success Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Student Success Manager to join our coaching school team. As the primary point of contact for student concerns and feedbacks, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction, engagement, and success of our students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Ensure new students are familiar with our learning platform and community platform, and understand available resources (community space organization, tutorials, and FAQ creation).
  • Student Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for student concerns and feedbacks, proactively providing support to students addressing their needs related to coursework, resources, and community involvement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native or bilingual level in French and fluency in English.
  • Experience as an awesome Community Manager or Customer Success Manager.
  • A knack for numbers and passion for diving into data.
  • An ability to communicate effectively and foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
Compensation Package:

This is a full-time position carried out from our offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or remotely. The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
