Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Aspen Technology, Inc. as a Principal Customer Enablement Lead. This role will be responsible for planning and executing data analytic strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data analytic strategies to improve technical capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities and develop proposals that meet their needs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to account managers to drive adoption of solutions within strategic accounts.
  • Deliver regular activity reports and forecast updates to management.
  • Mentor junior staff on knowledge base contributions and technical development.
  • Contribute to or deliver technical development short programs and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Prepare and provide input for technical sessions and engage with PM and R&D to share client feedback.
Requirements
  • BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • 8-12 years of experience with Geodata software, data science, and dashboard creation.
  • Advanced skills in English and intermediate skills in a third regional language.
  • Background in working across disciplines to ensure integrated workflows and data interpretation.
  • Experience with data management, quality control, and scripting skills.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, good presentation skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proactive, open to taking initiative, and committed to deadlines.
