As a teaching assistant, you will support Head Teachers in teaching classes, preparing content, and managing students in school environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support in classes, sharing guidance with Head Teachers to enhance learning.
  • Assist Head Teachers in distributing and collecting materials.
  • Participate in implementing didactic-pedagogical projects by the school.
  • Keep classrooms organized with requested materials.
  • Decorate walls, doors, tables, and bulletin boards around the school.
  • Adapt activities for students with special educational needs.
  • Ensure safety by constantly staying with students and interfering when necessary.
  • Receive students at entrances and exits, paying attention to safety standards.
  • Accompany students at meal times, ensuring everyone eats well.
  • Manage classes in times of absence or unavailability of Head Teachers.
  • Record student activities through videos and photos.
  • Participate in Academic Meetings, educational conferences, and development workshops.
  • Attend school events open to families.
  • Follow established guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy.
  • Desirable 2 years of classroom experience.
  • Experience with Early Childhood Education.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Bilingualism.
  • Early Childhood education (specific for Early Childhood Education).
  • IB Methodology.
