
Strategic Merchant Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our merchants, helping them grow their sales volume and succeed on our platform.

- Onboard new merchants in Brazil and Mexico, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Grow sales in a portfolio of accounts while developing and maintaining positive relationships with merchants.
- Leverage data to optimize merchant performance and guide merchant expansion, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Drive business reviews with merchants to recommend growth strategies and opportunities based on trend and sales analyses.
- Effectively handle and resolve merchant concerns and support issues while maintaining customer empathy.
- Develop relationship with local partners in order to stimulate leads generation.
- Identify merchant pain points and establish processes to reproduce, report, and improve the merchant experience throughout internal organizations.
