We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in helping our clients drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
About the Role- Relevant experience in consulting, finance, or accounting is essential for this position.
- Familiarity with Workday Planning and Adaptive Planning is also required.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
A proven track record of defining systems strategy, training, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines is crucial for success in this role.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of customer service, with a passion for solving complex problems and providing innovative solutions.
In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, demonstrate core Workday concepts, and translate these into configured solutions.
You will also ensure detailed unit testing of the Workday solution, provide support during multiple rounds of testing, and respond to and resolve test issues.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
