Job Title: Payments Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our cross-border payment team in LATAM.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in the technology sector. Additionally, they should have 3-5 years of experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech, with a focus on reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts in payment reconciliation and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance buyer/seller payment experiences.
  • Collaborate with banks, Fintechs, and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Analyze data (SQL/Excel) to reduce costs and optimize workflows.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in project management within the technology sector.
  • 3–5 years of experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech (reconciliation focus is a plus).
  • Advanced Data Analysis Skills (Excel/SQL) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Fluent English and Portuguese (written/spoken) is a MUST.
  • Leadership mindset with ability to coach small teams.
  • Problem-solver who thrives in deadline-driven environments.
