Network Development Lead

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be an individual who is highly motivated to optimize the money movement infrastructure, possessing high energy and strong business acumen in the cross-border space across both North America and LATAM with an ability to influence and drive changes required to continue to deliver a seamless, compliant, and reliable payments experience for Global Network Members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing sustainable network partnerships with various participants across the payments and fintech ecosystem.
  2. Managing a portfolio of existing partnerships and driving value through the execution of revenue-focused commercial strategies via cross and up-sell opportunities.
  3. Building and scaling partnerships with large, strategic financial partners including top-tier global banks, wallet providers, acquirers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the cross-border space and be able to analyze complex data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
