Department Cross Border eCommerce- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region.
The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence.

- Como será o seu dia a dia- Payments processes for 3 LATAM markets; manage performance, issue resolutions and process management;
- Creation and improvement of current processes;
- Direct communication with product team for UX improvements;
- Current communication with CS team to focus on customer experience with payments ecosystem;
- Follow up on day to day operation with regional stakeholders;
- Dashboard management to monitor performance.
**Requirements**:
- O que você precisa para assumir o desafio- Bachelor's Degree Complete
- Experience within the E-commerce platforms
- Basic / Medium knowledge on payments
- A/B testing experience (optional)
- Intermediate English (tasks and discussions with Headquarters)
- Mid level spanish (optional)
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and if possible SQL
- Strong analytical/reporting skills
- Detail oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment;
- A proactive and curious professional with a strong drive to learn and adapt.
