Job Description:
The Senior Manager of Consumer Communications will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive consumer communications strategy, integrating with the leadership team to achieve robust expansion and generate strong positive impact in the food delivery industry.
Responsibilities:
- Increase brand awareness and favorability in Brazil.
- Maintain or improve tonality of earned media stories.
- Manage crisis and mitigate negative PR impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive external communications experience in innovative companies.
- Knowledge and experience in the food, beverage, or food delivery segments.
- Experience working with both traditional media and KOLs/social media.
- Fluent Portuguese and English.
