Job Overview:
You will be responsible for leading and executing affiliate strategies tailored for Latin American markets. This role involves driving high-quality user acquisition and engagement through partnerships with affiliates, networks, and agencies. You will expand our affiliate footprint, optimize performance, and build strong relationships across the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the LATAM affiliate & partnerships program, ensuring consistent growth and optimization of the channel.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners and publishers to expand our reach in the region.
Campaign Development & Optimization:
- Develop and execute regional affiliate campaigns, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, networks, and agencies to drive loyalty and performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for LATAM partners, ensuring smooth communication and support.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage analytics tools to track performance, forecast results, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Use data insights to inform strategies, drive efficiency, and report progress to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align affiliate & partnership initiatives with our global growth strategies.
- Share market insights to help shape campaigns and improve user engagement in the region.
Innovation & Market Insights:
- Stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies specific to the LATAM market.
- Explore alternative ad networks and innovative acquisition strategies to continuously expand reach and performance.
Qualifications:
- Based in the region with a strong understanding of the affiliate and partnerships landscape.
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or B2B/B2C partnerships, with a proven track record of managing regional programs.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten Marketing, CJ, or Refersion.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and the LATAM digital landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the travel or telecom sectors is a plus.
