We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market studies and interpret salary surveys.
- Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
- Develop, update, and manage job structures, salary plans, and short-term incentive programs.
- Support salary reviews, promotions, merit increases, bonuses, and internal adjustments.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration within a multinational organization.
A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required. The candidate should have strong experience with compensation analysis and pay structure administration, as well as knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and benefits regulations.
Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting tools is essential for this role.
