The Total Rewards Specialist for Latin America plays a pivotal role in crafting and implementing the company's compensation and benefits strategy. This individual will collaborate closely with business leaders, Human Resources, and Global Services to design and execute total reward solutions that drive business outcomes and align with the company's overall Total Rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deploy innovative total reward solutions tailored to the needs of the Latin America region.
- Provide strategic support to enable the region to achieve its growth objectives.
- Lead change and communication strategies for rewards programs tailored to the HR community, leadership, and employees.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including design, implementation, and management of Total Rewards programs and processes.
- Ability to operate as an agile leader with understanding and appreciation for regional/country differences.
- Experienced in shaping solutions and collaborative partnership skills.
- Relationship management and collaboration skills, with leaders at all levels.
This role requires strong written and verbal communication abilities, formal presentation, and facilitation skills. The ideal candidate must be able to maintain confidential information and have experience working with benefits in the LATAM region.
