In this pivotal role, you will lead the total rewards strategy for the Latin America Region, driving effective local implementation within a global framework.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Designing total reward programs to support business objectives and people strategies;
- Conducting regular analysis of trends and pay competitiveness;
