**Position Description**:
The Total Rewards Lead Analyst Latam (New Consumer Health Company) has responsibility for compensation and benefits strategy and design; provides strategic business support and implements solutions to enable the business to achieve its organization, talent, and growth objectives. This role will provide compensation & benefits leadership for Latam including but not limited to local compensation and benefits program design and implementation - health & welfare, perks, leaves, and disability, as well as broad base compensation (restructurings, retention, year-round compensation planning, job leveling).
The Total Rewards Lead Analyst Latam will partner with business leaders, Human Resources, and Global Services to develop and deploy total reward solutions that drive outcomes for the business and are linked to New Consumer Health Company's overall Total Rewards strategy. The role will provide proactive & strategic business support - understanding key business challenges and opportunities and proactively providing solutions to enable the Latin America region to achieve their growth objectives. The role will lead change and communication strategies for our rewards programs that are tailored to the HR community, leadership and employees.
This role will report to the Head of Total Rewards - LATAM. A maximum of 25% travel will be required.
**Qualifications** Qualifications - Required**:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive Total Rewards experience (Compensation, Benefits, Pensions) including design, implementation and/or management of Total Rewards programs and processes
- Must be able to operate as an agile leader with understanding and appreciation for regional/country differences
- Experienced in shaping solutions and collaborative partnership skills
- Relationship management and collaboration skills, with leaders at all levels
- Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities; formal presentation and facilitation skills
- Must be able to maintain confidential information
**Preferred Requirements/Competencies**:
- Healthcare or related industry experience
- CEBS or similar certification
- Experience with continuous improvement and quality, such as Six Sigma or Lean Methodology
