Let's start with the role.
Responsibilities- The Total Rewards Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs in Brazil.
- Report to the Total Rewards Manager and ensure total rewards offerings remain competitive and compliant with local legislation, aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and external vendors to manage and optimize pay structures, salary reviews, and benefit offerings.
- Conduct compensation market studies, interpret salary surveys, and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop, update, and manage job structures, salary plans, and short-term incentive programs.
- Support salary reviews, promotions, merit increases, bonuses, and internal adjustments to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Prepare salary analyses and executive reports for senior management with key metrics and recommendations.
- Act as an internal consultant for managers on compensation policies, job grading, and organizational structure.
- Support compensation governance projects, internal audits, and compliance with legal and tax regulations.
- Contribute to development of talent attraction and retention strategies through competitive compensation packages.
- Participate in global compensation projects and organizational structure reviews.
- Develop HR and leadership-relevant KPIs and create interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and use of programming languages for basic queries and analyses.
- 4+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration within a multinational organization.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Certifications in Compensation or Benefits are a plus.
- Strong experience with compensation analysis and pay structure administration.
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and benefits regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting tools.
- Experience working with global compensation tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of international benefits programs and reward strategies is a plus.
- Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet milestones.
- Innovative and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to balance short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
