Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement competitive compensation packages that attract and retain top talent by crafting equitable internal pay structures, benchmarking external salaries, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

A total rewards strategist at a global organization plays a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through strategic employee benefits programs and policies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing innovative compensation structures that foster employee engagement and motivation while maximizing business value.

Here are some of the key tasks you will perform:

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives and drive business growth across Latin America.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee benefits programs that promote work-life balance and overall well-being.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement compensation structures that reward and recognize employee contributions and drive organizational success.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a culture that values and rewards employees' contributions, ultimately driving growth and success across Latin America.
