This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a Total Rewards Professional, where you will be part of the global compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the deployment of total rewards initiatives globally, regionally, and at the country level.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and organizational leaders to provide consulting services to multiple business units.
- Design and execute compensation policies and programs, including market intelligence activities, benchmarking, survey submission, and creation of salary structures for assigned countries.
- Address total rewards inquiries escalated from the HR Central team and perform tasks related to billing, sending invoices, controlling payments, requesting approvals, and creating purchase orders on ERP.
- Work with internal compensation systems to ensure data integrity and manage vendor relationships regarding the administration of benefit plans, improvements, and customer support.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or Finance is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- Ability to meet deadlines, process, manipulate, and summarize data reports.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, as this is a truly global team. Spanish is an asset.
