Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML expert to join our team in building backend features for an existing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) service.

  • The primary focus will be building and optimizing RAG models for search across large-scale medical and scientific documents.
  • You'll work on semantic chunking strategies, improving the automated evaluation pipeline, and fine-tuning LLMs for textual RAG use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing scalable search systems using OpenSearch
  • Familiarity with Python applications, API creation, model training, testing, and general backend programming
  • Experience with LangChain for building LLM workflows using tools, memory, and retrieval

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures, specifically textual RAG use cases

About You: We require 1+ years of experience as a Search Engineer or AI/ML expert, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while providing clear updates to the team.
